That’s you and we want to encourage you to keep on going!
Most people give up their New Year’s Resolutions the second week of January. That’s why we are holding, Not a Quitter Day, on Saturday January 10th 1pm-3pm.
Top resolutions are to Exercise, Eat Healthy, Save Money and Continue Education.
You can visit booths and hear interviews with experts in these field’s, and take part in exercise demonstrations.
