Live Music : Anthony Rejiv

Anthony Rejiv, a native of The Bahamas, is a self-taught, award winning, saxophonist and composer. He is known for weaving smooth jazz, soft rock, R&B, blues, reggae and gospel as a unique sound that continues to captivate audiences.

Anthony Rejiv is an awardee for his featured acting role as Nate Jones (James Brown’s alto saxophone player, organist, and band director) in the James Brown biopic “Get On Up.”

Amongst other performances, Mr. Rejiv has performed with various artists/musicians such as Aloe Blacc, the Mississippi Mass Choir, Keith Washington, Jill Scott, Serabee, and theWatusi World Reggae Band, just to name a few. He has also opened for numerous artists such as The Wailers (Bob Marley’s original band), Keke Wyatt and Kenny Lattimore.
